Sweepstakes Rules

These rules govern every sweepstakes promotion offered by SpinShark. By taking part, you agree to them.

1. What SpinShark is

SpinShark operates as a promotional sweepstakes platform. Virtual credits are used solely for entertainment and to determine sweepstakes entries. Credits hold no cash value outside the platform's own promotions and are not a deposit, an investment, or a stored-value instrument.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (21+ in some states) and who reside in a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is legally permitted. Employees, agents, and affiliates of SpinShark are not eligible to participate.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

3. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any sweepstakes offered by SpinShark. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Free entries are available on request and carry identical odds and identical prize eligibility to entries obtained with a purchase. To request free entries, message an agent on Telegram at @spinsharkteam_bot or write to play@spinsharksweeps.com. Free entry requests do not require a deposit, a payment card, or any account funding.

4. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No entry method is weighted above any other.

5. Prize redemption

Prizes are redeemed as sweepstakes cash. Redemption requests are subject to a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $2,000 per day.

All redemption requests are subject to review before payment. SpinShark may request proof of identity and eligibility before releasing any redemption, and may withhold payment where a request cannot be verified.

6. Bonus offers and playthrough

Bonus credits awarded through any promotion carry the playthrough requirement stated at the time of the offer. Playthrough must be completed before the resulting balance becomes eligible for redemption. The requirement applying to your balance is available from your agent at any time.

Bonus balances obtained through abuse of a promotion, including through duplicate or fraudulent accounts, may be removed.

7. Changes and termination

SpinShark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

8. Void where prohibited

Void where prohibited by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spinshark Gaming is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
